Royal UR30085 CleanSeeker Bypass Upright Pro-Series


The new Pro-Series by Royal introduces the CleanSeeker upright model UR30085 Upright vacuum cleaner comes loaded with features to provide commercial cleaning customers ease of use, and durability.   The UR30085 is ideal for residential commercial cleaning companies, contractors, hotels, restaurants, and other high demanding professions that need a durable, lightweight upright vacuum with on-board cleaning attachments, or for the homeowner that is tired of buying throw away vacuums and wants to step up into something that will have commercial grade durability.

CleanSeeker Dirt Finding Sensor

   The Royal Pro-Series CleanSeeker UR30085 Upright comes packaged with Royal's new Clean Seeker dirt finding technology.   When the debris on the floor is being vacuumed up into the vacuum cleaner, the CleanSeeker sensor will indicate Red, alerting the user that there is still Dirt being picked up.    

During my testing of this machine, I was highly skeptical of this CleanSeeker sensor.  I figured I would be able to tell myself when the floor was clean, and this was just another marketing gimmick designed to help sell a vacuum.  When I actually took this machine home and tested it however, I soon realized that a majority of the time when I thought the floor looked clean, the CleanSeeker was still vacuuming deeply embedded particles that were not visible to the naked eye.   After a few more passes over the same area, the CleanSeeker sensor turned green and alerted me that no more particles were being detected.    This feature actually helped me get my floors cleaner, as I would have just passed over that high traffic area once with another vacuum, and assumed it was clean.  

Other Features found on the Royal UR30085 include a 5 level carpet height adjustment, handy for Residential Cleaning Companies that face an array of different types of carpeting heights from home to home.  The Pro-Series UR30085 also comes standard with a HEPA Filtration Type Y Bag from the factory, ensuring that the added microscopic particles your now vacuuming up don't fly right back out the other end of the vacuum.   It should also be pointed out that if you're a commercial company, and sensitive to the added expense of the HEPA Filtration bags, the Paper Type Y bag may also be used in the UR 30085.
